Result: One product surface now supports freelance conversion and hiring visibility together.
Problem: Opportunity tracking usually lives off-site and disconnected from project proof.
Solution: Added a public resume plus a backend job tracker with `POST /api/jobs` and `GET /api/jobs`.
Result: Hiring activity can be tracked through a consistent API and UI layer.
Problem: Contact pages often collect weak signals and create follow-up friction.
Solution: Built a service-focused funnel with detailed qualification fields and CRM-ready lead status handling.
Result: Lead capture is now structured enough to support real client follow-up.
